Nice one

I think it sounds very close to the orignal (in terms of instruments).
The only thing (as mentioned before) is the 2 sec gap at the end that ruins the loop :(. But never mind that ;).

Keep it up!

Crossofdevil responds:

Thanks I'm trying and get this program called Reason because I really feel like remixing songs again. Ill send you a message if anything comes up! :)

Very interesting piece

You still are one of the best (if not the best) composer for orchastrated heroic themes. This one is another very good composition from you. The choirs, the shoutings,... everything gives you a clear picture of the story you want to tell ;)

keep it up!

I'm happy you were able to see a clear vision Dudidum! I appreciate the kind words and the review thank you for both :D! I'm glad you liked the song!

Definitely a great sound

You are back and you didn't lose any of your good sense for music. ;)
As someone already said the feeling of this piece matches with Requiem for a Dream nearly perfectly.
Everythings fine, from the piano work to the damped (distorted?) drums.
n1 really!

keep it up!

MilkMan-Dan responds:

I will certainly keep it up, man I would be so lost without my sense for music wouldn't I?

Requiem for a Dream is a great piece and I'm proud to have the comparison drawn.

Thanks mate. And Take care.

very dreamy song

I like the slowly playing strings and the the piano in the backround. They work very well together.
The melody is sad and simple. :)
Interesting is this helicopter-like baseline in the backround (in the middel of the song) and your choice for drums.
All in all a nice outcome except for the end because it's a bit too aprupt.

keep it up!

RyeGuyHead responds:

I muffled one of the drums alot, sort of sounds like rain.... or crap. Havent decided yet.

But i used another standard kit, i thought they molded together nicely.

thanks for the review!

Great!

You give a lot of your pieces an epic touch and I like that very much. Your handling with the instruments (when it comes to where and when) is very good and still improving I think.
The song got an asian touch to me because of the melody and that fiddling instrument (of which I don't know the name ^^).
Nice arrangement, nice instruments and nice melody!
I love it and added it to my NG playlist :)

keep it up!

MaestroRage responds:

That oriental feel comes directly from the Oriental instrument the Koto. It's simply a brilliant instrument which can be used both as a very sweet guitar like state, alongside the quick plucking wonder it delivers here.

I love epic tracks. It consumes my very soul :'(

I'm glad you liked this track, I hope it entertains you for several hours! Thank you for the review ^^.

cool piece

A piano work with some interesting ideas.
But the timing how you mixed every single note together sounds a bit strange and the slight distortion at the end when the synth plays together with the piano in is a bit deranging.
Other than that it's cool :)

keep it up!

nal1200 responds:

I think you're referring to the chorus sounding off one beat. I tried the other way around with the first note being a pickup, but it didn't sound as cool as this. The distortion at the end is a total messup. Didn't think that was the music, but my laptop. If I remix this, i'll be sure to fix that. Thanks!

Cool song

Just two things:

The bridge at the beginning to the "dream" part is a bit too fast.
The aprupt ending was also unexpected but that was already mentioned before ;)

It would be nice if you could upload a second version :)

keep it up!

BritZombie responds:

Yeah I think i must upload a 2nd one if the future....

Thanks for review!

a very beautiful song

I liked it very much.
A soothing melody and a good choice of instruments.

keep it up!

Soundshifter responds:

thank you :)

very nice indeed

A sad yet very soothing piece of music.
Emotions can cause very beautiful things as you proved here ;).
I liked it very much an may your grandfather RIP.

keep it up!

ps.: Did you play the song by yourself or did the computer play it^^?

ArisingFlame responds:

Well, I played it, and transferred it to PC. I need a second person for one part, so I recorded several times.
Thanks! ^_^

Adventure

I know what you mean^^. It's the essence I tried to put into most of my songs but it only worked partially. I just love the loud parts going into the soft parts and back.
You have the great ability to build up a certain tension with your music. This tension is what I call the "adventure" in a piece of music. It's as if you're reading a good thriller where you can't stop reading and so it is with this piece of music.
It's truly one of your masterpieces and this song definitely belongs to my NG-Playlist too. ;)

Keep up your great work!

MilkMan-Dan responds:

Awsome... I've made it to your playlist... one step closer to ruling the world!

I'm glad you were able to stick around and listen to this great thriller. I suppose "Time" (my Finale piece)... would be the last chapter. Have a listen if u can :). Thankyou for the encouragement and salutations to you.

I wrote sheet music to Adventure Music 2, 2.1, 5, 6, 7, 8, LOZ Darkworld, Modern Piano, Heroic Legend, Flowing River and End of the Day! Remember that every sheet music was written after I played the song! If you want them contact me!
