Minimalism fits this song perfectly (or, generally, the ambient genre).
You can concentrate on the few elements seperatly without thinking too much and I love that :D.
Like you said, you can lay back and let your thoughts fly by.
A very relaxing piece indeed :)
keep it up!

I like the simplicity of this song very much :).
This nice tune is easy to listen to and helps to relax ;).
Did you write this song that way or was it more an improvisation over the left hand theme?
I ask because I can hear you hesitating (like "what should I play now?") in some parts^^.
Anyway it's really a nice song!
Keep it up!

It has a mysterious feeling with the 'creepy' baseline and those higher notes.
I like this short tune because it all goes well together and you can actually hear all the details ;).
Keep it up!

The main theme is a really catchy, the middlepart has a nice flow and is somewhat relaxing ;). The part from 1:50 to 2:05 reminds me of jamiroquai... this awesome groovy disco like cord progression ;D.
You did a well job in putting all instruments together, there's nearly nothing wrong or annoying ;). I just find that the drums are a little bit too loud during the main theme.
Good work and keep it up!

This is a really nice creation.
The piano phrase is really catchy and the overall melody is just an incompareable happy one :).
The stops are cleverly placed although the first stop may be a bit too long (for me that is^^; I'd have expected the entry just a beat earlier so it somewhat broke the flow if you know what I mean^^).
And finally the dynamics along with the variety of instruments you've used are very well done.
Another thing that found was that the piano alone sounded a bit "dry".
I mean just a bit of reverb or sustain pedal would make it perfect.
Other than that I think this is another brilliant piece of yours :).
Keep it up!

A very nice and calm melody with an adventurous touch. I like that. The piano in the last part was a very nice idea to alter the overall sound of the main theme ;).
As you said it fits very well for a good-bye scene.
Keep it up! :D

This is really a piece.
There are so much things to hear in this song.
Somtimes too much but this is really a heavy multilayered piece.
But you accomplished not to overload this song with the load of effects you used and I think that's not an easy task.
The piano melody at the beginning with those effects and the "birds?" is my favourite part.
For example exactly at 1:19 there's in my opinion one effect too much and therefore it sounds a bit overloaded to me^^.
Other than that it's really well done.
This asian sounding part also catched my ear and proves the versatility of this piece.
Keep it up!

There's lots indeed. I'm glad you can hear the amount of work I put into the sound/synth creation.
The "birds" aren't birds at all really- the ones you can hear at 0:30 are distorted sine waves, and the one you'll hear first at 0:05 is a guitar note. But it sounds better than any real bird chirping sample there is (because field recordings of birds generally sound terrible due to the surroundings).
Glad you like it, thanks for the review!

Music is one big fine thing when it comes to express ones feelings.
It helps you in difficult times and can create moods and feelings beyond imagination.
I think this song proves it again that you can give those feelings, which are bound into the song, to others aswell ;).
Overall a very nice composition with very fine harmonies.
I'd say keep it rather simple than complex but a complex song here and then is a good way. Simple songs for relaxing and comlex songs for enjoying music itself. ;)
keep it up!

Yet again you proved that playing to destress oneself can produce astounding music pieces.
And while you're in that relieving process you hit every note where it should be. If you happen to record such pieces (as you did) you would be simply amazed what you've played.
I recall these awesome feelings several times myself where you try to relax and get away from every sadness . It gives me the chills every time I hear such pieces because I know what it feels like to play something like this.
keep up this awesome work!

btw.: The Piano sound is absolutley outstanding. Is it a real one?

Another wonderful epic work of yours and the new vsts sound really awesome. This song seems rather sad and dark but I think thats what you wanted :).
And I hope that the piano will never ever disappear in your work!
